How to Create a Recharging Habit
Whether it is New Year’s resolutions, new goals, or long-standing desires, the question often arises: how do I accomplish those goals, and how do I become even more successful? This program is designed to help you clarify what your goals are and how to accomplish them. Your course instructor, Avital, will lead you through a step-by-step guide to help you establish a habit that will feel recharging. This can be accomplished through physical actions, emotional shifting, mental focus, and spiritual practices.
During this program, you will gain help to:
• Refine your goals
• Reveal your blocks and how to move past them
• Discover helpful ways to approach the cultivation of a habit
• Assess if your habits are recharging
• Learn more tips on how to develop a habit
Some of the methods for achieving your goals include:
• Affirmations to tap into your fullest potential
• Visualizations to help create results
• Recognizing and releasing unproductive emotions
• Establishing helpful mental attitudes
• Simple, practical, and powerful meditation tips that can work for you
Expect to walk away with a clear plan that you personally can easily and successfully approach and accomplish.
